There is currently a problem affecting our NSW internet feed that will cause slow speeds/intermittent access.

This affects ACT, NSW and TAS customers.

Further information when it becomes available.

The issue has been determined to be the optus internet feed routing, and as such we are logging a fault with them.

In the meantime, a workaround to this problem that may work is to manually set your web browser to a proxy server - proxy.eftel.com on port 8080
