When:-
Thursday 3rd of August between 2am and 4am AEST

Where:-
The aaNet and NetCall Brisbane POP

What:-
The entire aaNet/NetCall Brisbane POP will be relocating this evening to a new facility at the Powertel data centre. The move is expected to take up to two hours. During this time all DSL services in Queensland will be offline. The mail and web servers for aaNet and Netcall will also be offline during this time.

All DSL services in other states should be unaffected.

If any major issues arise updates will be posted to this forum.
We thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to the benefits these changes will deliver to our valued customers.

Regards,
Luke Mackinnon
Network Operations Manager
aaNet / NetCall

Please note that there may also be authentication issues in other states during that period.

Thanks for your understanding.

In an essentially unrelated development, we had a UPS die at around 11am, which killed everything. Still restoring elements of the service now.
