A location would be good too - you would assume Brisbane, but....

Just because a company is based in 1 state, doesn't mean the job position is in that state :?

It is reasonable to expect that it would be at the address specified in the advertisement....

But they are EFTel staff, not aaNet. ;)

It is more of a Junior position, and the pay will reflect as such.

Having a computing background is prefered, with an ability to quickly learn new systems. So maybe you have been playing with a home network for the past 5 years, and want to start off at an ISP helpdesk.

The main part of the position is Technical support, however the ability to provide either Sales, or Accounts as part of day-to-day will be required.

Training is of course provided.

Jason

aaNet is based in Capalaba, Queensland.

All front line staff are located there. Networks and Development, and other back-end staff are located in other states.

We run a VoIP based PABX across the country, so sometimes when we are training staff, or have high sick leave, etc, some EFTel people may assist.
