Well people, I suggested renaming this section. That is what I would like to do because people will not all appreciate being spammed with an email. If we send emails to some on the list and not others then there will still be complaints.

I find it very hard to please everyone (in fact it really is not possible on a large scale).

In additon there has not been that much news. We have been working pretty hard in the background to secure some deals for you.

This is what we have been working on

Moving the billing and email servers to QLD
Securing ADSL2 for you (no we have not been successful yet) and we are still working on it.
Giveing you a better deal on VoIP
Relocating our POPs to public POPS for better access in a crisis (not that we have had any for a while touch wood).

All negotiations take time and some hair pulling LOL.. so does implementing and testing technical solutions to ensure we do things right.

so if you have decided the forums are the beter option, can I request that you post the news to something like a locked sticky in this forum.

Otherwise, for example, this news gets lost on page 3 of a poll.

Other news items might also get swamped by discussion.
